I am not the easiest person to help find a car. My credit is less than ideal, and I do not look good on paper. But when I sat down with Brad at Dick Ide, he was very open and honest with me about wha credit is less than ideal, and I do not look good on paper. But when I sat down with Brad at Dick Ide, he was very open and honest with me about what kinds of options I have. Being a female, it's difficult to be taken seriously in the automotive world, as people either think you're uneducated in what you're looking for, or try to take advantage of you. After sitting down with Brad and Adam, they explained every step of the process and pulled some strings to get me into a pre owned vehicle, at which I was ecstatic! They needed a day or so to process paperwork, and the next thing I knew, I was actually getting a brand new 3013 Honda Fit. My jaw was on the floor! I went in the next day to finish paperwork, and picked my car up the day after. The entire process took less than a week, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Brad went above and beyond helping me, and Adam as well. They were both honest, straightforward, and overall wonderful! I'd like to say I'll be back soon to purchase my next car, but they got me so well situated with mine, that I doubt I'll need to see them for a very long time! But do yourself a favor and go see Brad at Dick Ide!!!! More

I stopped by Dick IDE with no intention of buying a vehicle. A young sales person by the name of Brad approached me. He asked if he could help me. It was no hard sale just a friendly conversation. Brad ran some numbers For me to satisfy my curiosity . When he returned after a brief moment I was completely taken off guard. Here was a price I could Work with. We'll needless to say I bought the 2010 honda element. From the sale to the final signature everything was enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and efficient.
