After 3 days of being frustrated with car shopping, salesman acting arrogant and pushy, and even having a sales person from a Chevrolet dealership just leave me to look at cars by myself and saying if salesman acting arrogant and pushy, and even having a sales person from a Chevrolet dealership just leave me to look at cars by myself and saying if I needed anything to let the receptionist know...after I had shared I needed help. I was so discouraged that I posted on Facebook for a recommendation for a honest salesperson who people trusted and was helpful. Several times Brad Constantino's name and Dick Ide Honda was given, so I decided to go to Dick Ide Honda and meet with Brad and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I ever made! He listened to me, worked with me to make sure I had the right car to fit all my equipment for my job in the trunk, and worked with me to get out of my current loan and into a lease on a new Honda Civic. I then worked with Adam Weil for the leasing agreement and that was all done and said in about 15 minutes! I felt heard, and supported in my car leasing experience and would recommend to everyone to call Dick Ide or stop by to work with Brad and Adam for their new, used or lease car needs! I will do business with Dick Ide from now on! More

We leased a 2013 Honda Civic for our son. Brad Constantino, our sales associate, made the entire experience a pleasure. The price he quoted us on a lease plus a very very low upfront costs beat anything we could have gotten if we were purchasing a used car which we originally considered doing. It was truly an amazing price and allowed us to get our son a much better car than we would have otherwise. Working with Brad and Dick Ide Honda was pressure and stress free. It was by far the best car buying experience we have had in the 25 years we've lived in the Rochester area. We will definitely recommend Brad and Dick Ide to our friends and associates and plan on being one of Brad's clients for many years to come. More

A couple of weeks ago I decided to lease a car. I went to Dick Ide Honda and had the pleasure of working with Brad Constantino. I am so happy that I decided to go there, because I assure you that Brad is one Dick Ide Honda and had the pleasure of working with Brad Constantino. I am so happy that I decided to go there, because I assure you that Brad is one of a kind. Never in my life have I experienced such incredible customer service. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, and I intend to do so! What was so wonderful about him was that he made me feel very welcome and at ease. Brad saw to it that I was taken care of and that everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also appreciated his regular follow ups. I knew exactly where we were at all times during the process. Not only does he have amazing people skills, but he knows he is definitely an expert in the product that he represents. His expertise was part of what made me extremely comfortable with my decision to lease a Honda Civic. I was impressed with the way that he made me his number one priority and saw to it that I had my car as soon as possible. I expected the car buying process to be stressful and endless. I was very pleased with my experience at Dick Ide. Brad took the time to work with me on the phone and in person. When he thought that the appointment we had scheduled one evening would be tight, he calle took the time to work with me on the phone and in person. When he thought that the appointment we had scheduled one evening would be tight, he called me to ask if I could come 1/2 hour later so there would be no chance of me needing to wait. I really appreciated that. He also helped me after the sale when there was some confusion with Hoda Finance. He had resolved the problem within an hour of receiving my email asking for assistance. I will be recommending him and this dealership to friends and family. More
