Looking for a used truck and bought a new one! I was looking on line and there it was, a used 2016 outfitted just like I would want. I went in the next morning to the dealership and to my disappointment truck was sold. I had stepped out of my truck in the drizzling rain when Sandi Deans stepped up and asked could she help. She is the one that told me the used truck was sold. I was about to leave when she stated that they had a new one that was about like the used truck I was interested in. We walked down to look at it, decided to test drive and the rest is history. Traded my F150 on this Ram 1500 and extremely satisfied. Thanks to Brad Dawson and Sandi Deans I was the proud owner of a Ram 1500! I have probably owned at least 20 trucks and at this time I do believe I like this Ram better than any of its predecessors! More

Had a problem with a used car purchase. Less than a month after purchasing a used PT Cruiser for my senior wife, the tire pressure light went on. After checking pressure, I took the car to have tires checked for problems.The tires had great tread but these Michelins had sidewall cracking. Old? Bad Model? I didn't know, not a tire expert. Took car back to dealership & talked to GM Brad who immediately got his head mechanic out to look at the tires. His opinion was the tires neede to be replaced. Brad agreed & my replacement tires make both & my wife feel safe. I would definitely go back if in the market for a car again, or just for service.Thank you Rocky Mount CDJR, & thanks to my salesman Jasper Whitaker for his help & followup. More

A little honest discussion on the trade value of my vehicle and it was on to the finance lady. She was pleasant, straight forward and very informative. I left a couple of items in my trade vehicle. A fine lady named Deborah Hayes was kind enough to box it up and send it to me. My overall experience was very positive. Well worth the drive. More
