After truck shopping for 3 days for the right truck at the right price, I literally went to 8 other dealerships from Fayetteville to Raleigh talked with 8 other Salesmen, in negotiations in a few of them, and finally ran across this dealership. Spoke with the best Salesperson yet, HER name is Sandi. She knows her trucks like no other man salesman knew, very knowledgeable, courteous, and attractive;) Found a truck I liked that fit the bill, made an offer, and for the first time with no haggle they offered me a even better deal on a brand new truck! The entire staff was super friendly and definitely the easiest vehicle purchase ever! I'll be back for my next purchase hands down!!! Ask for Sandi, you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys! Leon U. Hemi gone wild I have had a lot of vehicles over the years. I have never had a truck that has as much power and is comfortable to drive at the same time. Positive experience with the overall deal I had previously search the dealership's inventory on line to see if they had the truck that I wanted. I saw they had the Red Ram Crew Cab Big Horn i I had previously search the dealership's inventory on line to see if they had the truck that I wanted. I saw they had the Red Ram Crew Cab Big Horn in stock with the options that I wanted. I also went on TRUECAR and this dealership was one that sent me a response. They called me a couple of times to discuss the truck and were willing to give me a reasonable price over the phone. A price that made it worth my while to drive to Rocky Mount to look at the truck. I worked with Sandi Deans and was well pleased with her. She was very knowledgeable of the truck, options, and the extra's that I wanted to add. She did a great job working with me on the price and was backed up by the Sales Manager, Brad. The final negotiations were with Brad, and I thought he was fair working with me on the price of my trade. On the negative side, I thought the clean up of the truck could have been improved, but I contributed this to the fact that I was there late in the afternoon on Friday after Thanksgiving. They kept a service man over to install the steps for me and probably held over someone to clean up the truck. If the deal had been earlier in the day, the clean up probably would have been better. The did work with me to install the bed liner the next week and provided me with a loaner to drive while they made the installation. Overall, they did a good job with a fair price, so I was pleased overall. More

2002 Mercury Grand Marquis Project Car I was looking for a rear wheel drive V8 for a backyard project. My purchase from RM CDJR was EXACTLY what I wanted. Clean vehicle with minor cosmetic I was looking for a rear wheel drive V8 for a backyard project. My purchase from RM CDJR was EXACTLY what I wanted. Clean vehicle with minor cosmetic damage, 88k miles, 220 hp, no major mechanical issues. Vehicle was a trade in and the dealership resold to me with almost 0 mark-up. Adam Parker my sales consultant didn't beat around the bush with price and numbers, upfront costs for everything in black and white, and no pressure to push the sale. He found me the exact vehicle I was in the market for at the price I wanted. Big thanks to GM Brad Dawson for helping out. He knows the loop holes to get you what you want regardless of credit or prior financial issues. And finally big thanks to Sandi Deans for clear explanation and fast service with all the paperwork aspects that go with a vehicle purchase. Will continue to do business with RM CDJR, they are the best deals for quality used/new purchases that you are going to find anywhere hands down. More
