Simple alignment, two hrs in had to ask what was going on. Poor communication skills on my service consultant, (tire pull was the problem found) and then wanted to sell me two tires. Service writer Brad is Unprofessional and rude! I purchased a Brand New Suburban and it did not start. Had only 8900 miles on the his.
