I happy paid full price for the vehicle because it was everything we wanted. It had some minor issues and Eric promised to take care of them. Put it writing and made it very easy for us. He/they were very easy to work with. Not once did we feel like we were being taken. In a time where every business states they care about their customers, they showed they really do. Bill and Brad were direct and to the point. Exactly what I prefer. Everyone we dealt with offered a pleasant experience. With this sale, they have earned our future business as well. More

The Car I was trading in had some damage and I was prepared for a battle when it came time to negotiate. To my surprise it was anything but a battle. I was treated with total respect and given a Great if not Extraordinary trade in value. From there it was the most relaxing purchase I have made. Jimmy was there to find out what I wanted and show me exactly what I was looking for. From there it only got easier. Financing was a breeze and Brad Grellner made financing as easy as Jimmy made purchasing. To cap it off it took no more than an hour or two and I was cruising down the highway in my ATS. Best car buying experience ever. I had located the car I wanted on the internet and drove over from JB after physical therapy to look at it. After some initial delay waiting in the of I had located the car I wanted on the internet and drove over from JB after physical therapy to look at it. After some initial delay waiting in the office I was put in contact with Chris. The delay was worth it. He is very outgoing, polite, and attuned to the customers wants and needs...not to what here is "todays best deal" etc. The car I asked to see was brought up within a short few minutes (2014 Lincoln MKX) and we were off on a test drive. While gone they inspected my 2007 Lincoln MKX so that when we returned everyone had done there due diligence. I knew going in that if I were to trade up I would be using my credit union so it now was just the matter of numbers. I had read in the reviews that Elco posted a price and that was "the " price so the only point would be trade value. Well no haggling there as I was offered within $50.00 of what I wanted. Short and sweet, deal was done; I would deal there again in a heartbeat with Chris. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience....ever. I have a Silver Star License Plate and Chris thanked me for my military service which I appreciated. This was after the deal was done so I appreciated even more as it wasn't done to curry favor as some would do. Go see Chris! More

After a myriad of dealerships, sales personnel and test drives Brian was the very welcomed answer to our car search. He was absolutely phenomenal! He really listened to us and what we needed and offered us options. Not only is one of the best car representatives we have ever encountered he's a genuinely nice guy. We never felt pushed, hurried or slighted. Brian provided a stellar interaction, was available when we had questions, went that extra mile and did a great follow up. We would rate this as the best of our car buying experiences. When it comes time to buy our next vehicle Brian is the first one we are going to call. He was very patient with me and didn't have that pushy attitude like salesmen I have dealt with in the past. Brad did my financing. He was awesome! He took the time to go over different options with me. Both of these guys are amazing and I am very satisfied with the great customer service I received.
