My 2011 Tiguan was in very bad shape. I brought to service on Saturday. A large oil leak was discovered. I came back two hours later and purchased my new Taos. I made my purchase at Bob Boast because of Brad. He is very friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail. We were in the early stag Great to finally find an honest dealership. Other dealerships should learn from this one. My wife needed a new vehicle. We were in the early stages of test driving. I never would consider a VW in my life, but wanted her to test drive a Tiguan for the heck of it. While we were impressed with the Tiguan, there were other options out there. We ended up coming back to this dealership a few weeks after test driving because they were the only ones that didn’t blow us up with daily emails and messages asking us when we were ready to move forward. Brad our salesman actually listened to us that we were just there to test drive. When I came back today to buy, I was defensive at first when Brad started asking questions on the test drive, but quickly realized that he just genuinely wanted to help. All around, solid to work with. He is genuine, and honest. All around, very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this dealership, as well as Brad, our salesman.
