Yes, I would recommend this dealership with a caveat. The screens on the VW cars continually become disabled. This is evidently a software issue or a problem with the manufacturing of the screen because The screens on the VW cars continually become disabled. This is evidently a software issue or a problem with the manufacturing of the screen because VW is aware of the issue and has not fixed the problem. The dealership has no ability to fix this problem either. This is a safety issue because when the screen goes out, so does all functions related, such as the backup camera. More

The service staff and technicians are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in with a suspension noise issue and during the work they discovered a separate issue covered under warranty, got helpful, and knowledgeable.
