Good but could be better Brad took care of all my needs in a friendly manner. The only thing I was disappointed was I didn’t get a call or video when the techs were working on Brad took care of all my needs in a friendly manner. I think it was a busy day but I like updates especially when I’m spending a lot of money. Overall experience was good. More

Fantastic people that provide fantastic service. I drive a 2008 Volkswagen GTI. While it is an amazing car, maintenance on it can be pricey and difficult to do. I have been in for service multiple ti I drive a 2008 Volkswagen GTI. While it is an amazing car, maintenance on it can be pricey and difficult to do. I have been in for service multiple times and have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I have had the pleasure of working with all of the service advisers at Capo VW, and have had an excellent service experience every time. The most recent visit was to get an axle boot, and a headlight replaced. One of the VW master service technician's Scott C was the one to service my car and did an outstanding job. This dealerships service department goes above and beyond by sending you a video detailing the problem with your car, and how it can be fixed. This program is outstanding and should be industry standard. I would not take my car anywhere else, this dealerships service department is the best I have ever seen. More

Great service I was having a blind spot sensor issue. They got me a loaner car, and checked everything out, even checked fluids and tires etc. I was sent a video by I was having a blind spot sensor issue. They were unable to get it to replicate the glitch, but reset some things and it hasn’t happened since. More
