I bought a brand new 2024 truck and on the way home, I noticed that the radio knob was broken. I called the sales rep who was quick to pass me off to the service center. No problem I figured. I tried to get the service writer to just ship me the knob but he insisted that I bring the truck in for service. I made my early morning appointment and was there 15 mins early even. Almost three hours later, I went to go find out what the heck was going on and the tech was just finishing up - ORDERING the part. I left having wasted my whole morning waiting on the tech to order the WRONG PART. that's right I went back the next Saturday and waited another hour only to find that the wrong part was ordered. At that point, the service writer said that he would just ship me the part, which is what I wanted them to do in the first place. I am now a month out with still no parts, no followup, and zero customer care! More

My main issue was getting to a fair price. I spoke to Claude and he said he’d do just that. The first offer was the sticker price with 0 discount, and only $20K for my car. I knew that based on the internet price he was $3k off. Then they tried to convince me that $20k was reasonable for my car even though I had a firm offer from Carmax for $26k, and we’d make it up on tax savings. I knew better than that, based on the Georgia tax rate. I’m pleased with the price I ended up with, and Claude was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. I just don’t think you should make the customer work that hard to get a fair price. More
