Top Notch in All Aspects I had been to about 7 different dealerships before I was supposed to meet a sales person at Luther Infiniti in Bloomington. Surprisingly Pleasant Experience Car dealers quite often deserve the reputation they receive when it comes to the stereotypical perception that most consumers have of them. I have to say that my car buying experience with Luther INFINITI of Bloomington couldn't have been farther from that impression. The dealership facility presented with the same high standard that the staff did. Everyone I connected with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. This is my first car buying experience with an "upscale" automotive brand and the whole experience could not have been better or smoother (and I am typically not easily impressed). I have to give special acknowledgement to my salesperson Taylor Ruehling. It was truly refreshing to deal with a salesperson that knew their product extremely well, believes in the product (drives one), and is also an automotive enthusiast (most other auto salespeople I have dealt within the past could have just as easily been selling My Pillows). Both my wife and I knew within the first five minutes with Taylor that we were going to have a great experience, and we were right. We can whole heartedly recommend Luther INFINITI to anyone considering a purchase or lease of this brand. More

My salesman Dave did a great job in giving me options from new to used vehicles. I was able to test drive as many as I wanted and make my own decision on which vehicle would work best for me. From my salesman Dave, to the finance staff, to the general manager, I felt I was treated fairly. They worked to get me into the car I wanted for the best possible price. I was able to tour the facility and meet my service manager. I was able to talk with one of the mechanics who stayed late to help with a few questions and to make sure my car was ready for delivery. All things considered I had a very good experience! More

Smooth and easy process! I dealt with Brad over the phone and in person over a couple day period and was very impressed with him. He was prompt calling back when he said he was going to and never left me hanging with any questions. When we got to the dealership, the front desk contacted Brad and Steve to let them know we were there. We never sat down and waited, but were greeted and the vehicle was brought up to test drive. Talking with Brad was easy and like we had known him for years. The paperwork was quick, easy and explained well. We were in and out with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and look there myself in the future. More
