One-sided newscast in the showroom, and one of the employees called a CUSTOMER an xxxxxxx, out in the public area, because he dared leave a personal item in a car he had traded in. Then the employee said the customer's name and indicated that he didn't want to talk to him because English wasn't his first language. Some customers may prefer this environment. I do not. Gross.
