We ordered a spare key for our car. After they completed reprogramming our car they told us we were good to go. After getting home we found out that it did not work. So I brought it ba After they completed reprogramming our car they told us we were good to go. After getting home we found out that it did not work. So I brought it back and they said the key defective. So they ordered a new key. And we had to bring it back again. When it was done they sent my wife home again telling her that it was fixed. When she got home the new key didn't work. So I called them back and they told me that they still had the new key in the parts department and that they must have tried to reprogram the defective key again. Total bs. I live over an hour away and have lost a day and a half of work. More
