Fantastic sales person, arrogant management Gotta say Brittany Jackson has been great. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through her, and I couldn't be happier. She is professional yet Gotta say Brittany Jackson has been great. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through her, and I couldn't be happier. She is professional yet friendly, attentive to detail, a joy to work with. I wouldn't have gone back to her had I not had a good experience the first time. On the other hand, I was terribly disappointed by the arrogance and stubbornness of Brad Overly. The day after we bought the vehicle we had a concern, and in speaking with him -- once on the phone and once in person -- he flat out told me he wasn't going to do anything about my problem if it needed fixing unless it was covered in the extended warranty we purchased. Instead of trying to calm the situation, he stood there and defied a customer who had just plunked down over $31,000 the day before. I will be asking for a meeting with his boss, because everybody has a boss, although Brad doesn't seem to know that. So, fantastic salesperson, arrogant manager. I gave Brittany five stars, but there was no option for zero stars for Brad so I had to give him one he didn't deserve. More
