Unethical Dealer-Prioritizing Profit Over Family's Safety Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an unethical dealer that you should stay away from at all costs. They sold me a 2018 Dodge Durango that was under Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an unethical dealer that you should stay away from at all costs. They sold me a 2018 Dodge Durango that was under warranty and the UConnect safety features were not working. When I tried to get the repairs performed at a local dealership I find out that they would not work on the vehicle because it was still registered as a Canadian rental vehicle. When I requested the repairs be performed at Findlay Dodge, they stated that they could not fix my safety features on my Durango because they imported it to the US from Canada and sold it to me without disclosing that this was a Canadian vehicle that was not set up for the US telematics. Somehow they feel that their unethical behavior should become my problem because I unknowingly purchased a vehicle in the US that they imported from Canada. They cannot fix the incompatibility issues that they created by importing a Canadian vehicle to the US and stated that they do this all the time so I should just be satisfied without the safety features that I paid for. When a dealers desire for swindling a buyer jeopardizes my family's safety, I am going to fight tooth and nail to right this wrong and prevent others from suffering the same fate. There are plenty of good dealers out there but Findlay Dodge is not one of them so save yourself the displeasure and work with a good dealer.
