A dealer that treats you as family. The staff at Gastonia Chrysler made this whole vehicle search/purchase worth it. I bought my wife a new Durango RT for Christmas and myself a new RAM 2500 4x4 last week for work. I will never shop anywhere else. I always put off buying because I hate the typical car dealer. Gastonia Chrysler, from the top down, made us feel as though we were family. The crowning jewel on the experience was the financing. Brian was able to not only finance me, but took the time to get me the best deal, and structured my deal to benefit our needs. No other dealer has treated me this way in the 20 years I've been buying new vehicles. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Brad and Jeremiah were able to source one and have it the next day. This level of service is unheard of these days. Ron, the GM, took time to speak with us and treat us like family members. Brad, the Sales Manager, spent most of his waking hours for the better part of 2 days, trying to make me happy. Jeremiah, Sales, did all he could to find exactly what I was after. All parties I worked with were very pleasant and accommodating. My salesman, Rod Heinle, was awesome from start to finish. Brad Smith helped me with some add-ons I wanted such as running boards, hitch and gas cap cover. Brett Holder was the Finance Manager I worked with and he was very pleasant and made the paperwork process as smooth as possible. The 2 times I went back to the dealership for the add-ons and auto detailing I was greeted both times by Rod and his smiling face. He made me feel very welcome. My only complaint and the only reason I did not give my review 5 starts is that when I called in a few times with some questions, no one ever got back to me. Seemed to me the only way to get service is to go into the showroom. Thanks again Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I LOVE MY NEW JEEP! More

Gerald was referred to us by another customer, who told us that we'd find him knowledgable and honest, and we certainly did. We had the opposite experience at another Jeep dealership, and we have learned first-hand the importance of integrity. Great team! We Knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived. We had been to 2 other dealerships the day before. The sales kid at the first dealership led me to believe that what I wanted was not an option. The second dealer was not willing to get to what we felt was a fair price. We left with $1000 between us for a $50k vehicle they had on the lot although we had spent thousands of dollars over the years in their service department. As soon as we arrived at Gastonia Jeep. James immediately greeted us on that rainy day. He was extremely helpful and polite. Although the entire ordeal did take longer than desired, they had exactly what we wanted and were willing to negotiate with us. We are now proud owners of a new Jeep Grand Charokee! James has followed up multiple times to ensure all is going well. It would highly recommend James, Brad , and Tim at Gastonia Chrysler to everyone in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler! More
