Paramount Porsche Volvo Volkswagon delivered the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This dealership unequivocally lacks equal opportunity. On 1-16-23, I spoke with a salesman and paid a $500 fe customer service I’ve ever experienced. This dealership unequivocally lacks equal opportunity. On 1-16-23, I spoke with a salesman and paid a $500 fee to hold a vehicle in which I intended to purchase and pickup after work. The payment was accepted and I received a congratulations from the salesman. Nearly 2 hours later, I received a message from the salesman stating “ we cannot sale you the car because we’ve decided to send the car to wholesale to increase profit gain”. What I was hearing seemed strange, as I’d already paid $500 down. I immediately contacted the sales manager to gain perspective and he stated “ I apologize on the salesman behalf, but you were given false information, the truth is, the owner of the dealership has decided to hold and sale this vehicle to his friend”. I asked the sales manager how will this be mediated from a customer service standpoint, he simply stated “well, we’re refunding your money”. When I mentioned that this experience would be documented in a review he stated “go ahead”, without the least concern of the terrible experience I had. Words cannot express the disappointment and resentment I have gained from this experience. Furthermore, the salesman sent an email apologizing for the false information. And of course it took 4 days for the $500 to be returned to my account. Terrible business ! More

I have had such a great experience with the purchase of our Nissan Armada. I was weary about purchasing my vehicle without test driving it first. I found Paramount Automotive on Autotrader after searching for used Jettas within 200 miles of my home. The general manager, finance officer and sales representative were all an absolute pleasure to work with. Excellent price, as advertised, no surprises. Smooth and efficient phone process... My VW certified car is immaculate. The gentlemen who delivered my vehicle to my home (free of charge) were also great guys. Can’t say enough about Paramount. More

I bought a 2019 Atlas SEL Premium and he knew about the vehicle and took the time to give me quick lessons on how everything operated which saved me a lot of time. It was a refreshing change to have a salesperson that actually knew about the vehicle, knew the options, packages, etc. and was able to explain things and answer questions readily. I think an air freshener was sprayed in the vehicle as it was being prepared for delivery. I wouldn't recommend this. The smell wasn't very appealing and one of the best things about a new vehicle is the new car smell! No big deal though. It might sound simplistic, but I loved the electronic table for the paperwork review/signatures! Much quicker and easier. This is my first German car (no more American brands for me, sorry to say) and my first experience with Paramount. I've heard good things and look forward to continuing to work with them. More
