First contacted Brad over the phone about our interest in a 2022 BMW 228i for our daughter. Gave him the info on our end-of-lease 2019 Lexus UX 200 and he got back to us with a very competitive buyout offer a 2022 BMW 228i for our daughter. Gave him the info on our end-of-lease 2019 Lexus UX 200 and he got back to us with a very competitive buyout offer including a little m ore than expected in trade equity. He worked diligently to meet our desired out-the-door price and had us scheduled for a seamless vehicle delivery in no time. At the dealership, Brad made sure our whole family was comfortable. He set up my daughter with one of the Daniels BMW team members for a complete technical tutorial of her new car and worked so hard arranging all of the paperwork behind the scenes to ensure a hassle-free signing. We couldn't have been more pleased with his professionalism, his kindness, and his honesty. Setting up our new lease through Daniels BMW was truly a simple, pleasant experience.
