They would have gotten 5 stars, except when I went in to pick up the car is when the business manager reviewed all the extended warranty and add-ons. When I mentioned this would have been nice to have to review at home before so there would be time to think about it before making a decision, I was told they normally do, but it was very busy. That's no excuse. They knew when I was coming in. They had my email. This could almost be an automatic process. More
