I dropped my car off at 7:30 am for an 11:30 am appt to get two new tires and two recalls done. I said I needed it back by 4:30 pm at the latest. I was told no problem. At 3:00pm I got a text with a video get two new tires and two recalls done. I said I needed it back by 4:30 pm at the latest. I was told no problem. At 3:00pm I got a text with a video inspection telling me they were just about finished and I should get a call soon. I waited 2 1/2 hours (now 5:30pm) And finally lost my patience and called the dealership. The paperwork, again done at 3, was still sitting on the service managers desk. Nearly every time I bring my car in for the simplest of things it’s an all day affair and I know my car is alway done hours before I find out. That’s it for me. Thousands of dollars in service and two cars later I’ve had it with your dealership. More
