That said, I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication during your service visit and for the frustration caused by not receiving an update while your vehicle was being serviced. Our goal with our Ford service and concierge pick-up service is to make the process easier for our customers, not leave anyone feeling overlooked. I also apologize that the 3% credit card processing fee was not clearly communicated when the payment was taken over the phone. We always want customers to be aware of all payment options and fees before completing a transaction. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to review this with you and make this situation right.
