I have never had a car delivered to my house so this was a first for me. I worked with Brenton White and Braden Grisham. Braden made the whole purchase a good overall experience. I feel that the dealership offered me a fair trade in value for my vehicle so I didn't have to haggle back and forth on the final price of the car. Brenton delivered my new car with no problems and completed the paperwork inside my home. Finally, Brenton drove my trade in back to the dealership. The dealership saved me having to drive almost 400 miles roundtrip by delivering the vehicle to my door. Plus, Brenton made sure to fill the tank up with gas before arriving at my home. I was very pleased with the entire purchase experience and I would recommend Crain VW to my friends and family. I will definitely consider Crain VW when purchasing my next new car. More
