Usually friendly but have had some not great experiences lately. Was called about a trade in opportunity and then waited four hours for them to tell me my credit wasn’t good enough. Next i made an appointment for maintenance and expressed that I needed my tires inspected but also that I was on a time crunch so if I went in at that time needed to be put 1.5 hours later. They said no problem. Got there and the guy in charge of oul changes was off so they had to oull someone off a repair to do my oil change and then they didn’t check my tires which resulted in the next day my tire light coming on and me having to air them up in an emergency type situation. They were very low and I lost traction with my kids in the car. I have yet to receive the tire price watimate that I was told would be emailed to me over two weeks ago. More

Clean, friendly we didn’t wait but two minutes before we had a salesperson help us. We requested to test drive two cars and this was done without a problem. Our one complaint was the woman who had us sign a had a salesperson help us. We requested to test drive two cars and this was done without a problem. Our one complaint was the woman who had us sign all the paperwork added $800 warranty without our knowledge/did not explain the warranty (Bradon did not explain either) we felt we were being swindled... please don’t sneak these costs to the consumer without full explanation!! I went in for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation. The service team frantically told me that the last people to change my oil over torqued the filter cap and they couldn’t get it off without breaking the service team frantically told me that the last people to change my oil over torqued the filter cap and they couldn’t get it off without breaking the filter housing and that was going to be $200! I took my car back to the other service shop and they had it off in 2 seconds with no damage done. I went because of the complimentary service plan and I’m so happy that I didn’t have to pay for this visit because on the bill it showed them replacing the filters and doing a full inspection however they weren’t able to take the filter out so they definitely didn’t change the filter and my low tire pressure light was on leaving the w facility so I don’t think they did anything to the tires either. I won’t be coming back, the free service isn’t worth the stress! More

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE WORST IV EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Mechanics and managers have no clue what they are doing. Incompetent and rude. Had to bring my car in 4 FOUR!!! TIMES for the exact same issue and th Mechanics and managers have no clue what they are doing. Incompetent and rude. Had to bring my car in 4 FOUR!!! TIMES for the exact same issue and they were never able to fix it! Just kept draining money out of me! I had to go to another dealer 3 hours away to get a proper diagnosis and it turns out this dealership was COMPLETELY wrong and were not able to find/Diagnose the actual issue. I have spend over a month on this issue bc of them. Taking time out of my work day and losing money to continuously have to deal with the SAME issue. Horrible. This place needs to be shut down and every song mechanic and manager needs to be trained better. More
