Brady went above and beyond in helping my wife and i, trade-in our 2 trax and buy two new trax. Even when we ran into a bump in the road, he was there with the John Brest (finance dept.) to help make it happen. We only trust Brady with our Car buying because he took the time to know us and what we were looking for, and will stepped up and made things right, when we realized the cars did not have a full tank of gas, they were not detailed and ready for pick up. There was a couple things I was unhappy about, the car wasn’t fueled, the security lock nuts were still on the wheels and there was no owners manual. More

I know that all the salespeople are highly qualified and respected and the morning of our purchase my father-in-law gave me the name of his salesman. Although we didn't have an appointment and we were on a tight timeline ourselves, Brady made the time for us and got us in and out quickly. Corey finished the job with his IT specialty and we drove off the lot as happy returning customers! More

I went to three dealerships in the Syracuse area and could not find a sales person that could get back to me, besides find me what I wanted. After a few calls, and a couple emails and a text or two I was driving a new truck!!!!!! Brady and Dylan were great, I could not be happier. I ran eight Pella window dealerships and I know sharp people when I come in contact with them, I have hired hundreds.
