Been calling service dept. for 3 days no answer. Finally left message and no call back. They had no problem selling me a truck but then horrible customer service. Never go back for 3 days no answer. Excellent Had Chris Sherlock for service. He was friendly and called me as soon as my part came in. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions Had Chris Sherlock for service. Service Had a appointment for 6/1 did not complete work till 6/12. Almost 2 weeks for muffler and seat fabric repair. I had to call three times for updates. Problems breaking Was experiencing problems when breaking. Had to push break pedal to the floor to slow the Equinox down. After three days of hearing nothing, I called Was experiencing problems when breaking. Had to push break pedal to the floor to slow the Equinox down. After three days of hearing nothing, I called the service rep. The rep stated that he had test driven the vehicle but he could not get the breaking issue to repeat. Called back in another three days only to be told the vehicle would be ready later that day. My frustration is the poor communication from the service rep. More

Forgot that my car was there. Service department didn't have the car part, no big deal, they said it would be in next day (Friday). So I left the car there Friday, Saturday. Monday Service department didn't have the car part, no big deal, they said it would be in next day (Friday). So I left the car there Friday, Saturday. Monday called me to tell me they forgot my car was even there?! Either too busy or unorganized?! Not sure which one?! Also, this was previous to forgetting my car was there...when I made a routine recommend 18 month service appointment and checked in the employee asked me what that means?! I said I'm not sure exactly, oil change, rotate tires, etc. I also mentioned a noise I started hearing. He said I had to talk to someone else about it. He did not know where this someone else was, he was clearly frustrated and continued to tell me his shift was ending now. So unprofessional in my opinion! More

Service The service consultant, Chris Sherlock, was helpful, but can't say the same for the service techs. It took them 3 days to fix the problem. I know they had the part there so that wasn't their "excuse." I DID NOT appreciate being made to use a truck for a loaner. I am 82 yrs. & did not like having to struggle to get into the truck. Don't see why you can't offer some sort of sedan to your customers. VERY disappointed w/this part of the service. More

Great place to go I love it with an appointment or without they will help you anytime. I drop my car off in the morning grab a courtesy cup of coffee. Catch a ride to work with the shuttle service and a ride back when my car is done. I don’t have to waste time waiting for my car to get done. If your car is gong to be there for an extended time ask for a loaner. More
