Waiting nearly 24 hours for what was expected to be a simple inspection is frustrating, especially after being told it would take about an hour and a half. We clearly fell short in both our communication and our execution. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll review what happened with your visit so we can learn from it and improve.
