Alwa We have been a customer of Bloomington Acura for 8 year and over 250,000 miles. The service department has just been consistently outstanding! Always friendly, always timely, always honest, and consistently accommodating to our needs. Typically there is nothing wrong with the Acura, but the 2 times we had problems - once with the radar unit and once with some strange vibration, they went to bat for us with the manufacturer. Just awesome. I am also impressed how long they are able to keep service advisors around. Evidently, these guys love their job. Nice to see! More
