I was met by Jason Jones w Visited Jim O'neal Ford on the week of September 26th, 2018. I saw a used Jeep Wrangler on the lot and inquired about it. I was met by Jason Jones who was very polite, friendly and in general, an excellent conversationalist. He listened to my needs as a customer, as well as developed a relationship with me and discussed my passions in my life. Ultimately, my preferred financing route fell through, but Jason was persistent about me submitting an application through their network of financing companies. Given that I am self employed as a start-up beard balm company, The Gentleman Swine, I agreed. After a bit of waiting, my application was approved by two different lenders. I feel that Jim O'neal Ford and its employees truly CARE about local, small businesses and go the EXTRA MILE for those individuals when they need a helping hand the most.
