She did much of the leg work in getting the process started. We knew which car we wanted but we had a vehicle and motorcycle to trade. She opened the communication on the trades. When we arrived at the dealership Rich M was our sales person. Rich was great answering all of our questions and taking care of every issue we could foresee. Next the used car manager Randy W worked hard to give us a deal on our vehicle which was not insulting. (No negotiating because they met our price within $500). He also found a local dealer who would buy our motorcycle who also gave us a fair deal. Lastly we worked with Branden M on the financing and car warranty. He found us a great rate and explained the warranty thoroughly. Overall we had a great experience and are so happy with our new vehicle. The staff was great and even the consumers shopping were friendly. We would highly recommend giving them a call on your next vehicle purchase. More

Each person from the Internet Sales Amanda Jeffries, to the Sales Rep Rich Mason, that I work with when I visited the Dealership to test drive and ultimately purchase the car, to the Management Randy Weber and Branden Milby were all very kind, patient and made me feel like I was the only person in the dealership. When I was there I had their full attention. They worked to get the financing where I needed it and offered me a very fair price for my trade in. It's a quick drive from Louisville. Rich Mason took care of getting the KY inspection done for me so I didn't have to do that. It was a great overall experience and I'll recommend this dealership in the future. More
