Usually have a pleasant experience- feel well taken care of, fair value etc. This experience was the first time I’ve had to call multiple times for updates- leave messages with no return call that day. We d of, fair value etc. This experience was the first time I’ve had to call multiple times for updates- leave messages with no return call that day. We did question why the pricing was so high (just asking for itemization) and the attendant seemed offended for us asking. Once I got the car back a car coaster was missing, things were out of place, for how much I paid, how long my car was in the shop then to get the vehicle back not in the same shape that I took it in was disappointing. More

I was told that my vehicle needed front end work, tie rod ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the parts were just fine and recommended that I do nothing to the car. Now I regret buying a battery from Melton at the suggestion of the service department. More

I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of the car. The phone was often times not answered by either the operator or the contact. I went in for an oil change and have my brakes checked. When I got home, I received a msg from melons, telling me it's not good to refuse necessary services. I did not refuse anything. This isn't the 1st time they have shown me to decline services, when they never recommended them to me in the first place. More
