I like the 19. 46 oil change. However, it seems like every time I come in for the OC, I get "service suggestions" that make no sense. I bought a $1,400 set of Michel 46 oil change. However, it seems like every time I come in for the OC, I get "service suggestions" that make no sense. I bought a $1,400 set of Michelins for my vehicle less than 8,000 miles ago, and my invoice "suggested" a front end alugnment in bold red. A complete front end alignment was done when the new set if tires were installed! Last year, it was "suggested" that my cabin air filter really needed replacing. It was replaced a couple of months before and was clean when checked a week before the OC. C'mon, guys. You haven't been in business for 80 years by intentionally misleading your customers. Thats kind of looks like the direction you're taking. You can do better. More

they are trying to get me a refund for the work they did on my truck because of a recall on it. the recall was for welding a steering linkage so it would not go out of addjustment. then my truck needed to b on my truck because of a recall on it. the recall was for welding a steering linkage so it would not go out of addjustment. then my truck needed to be aligned but since it had been welded they wanted to replace the linkage with a redesigned linkage. i am still waiting for my refund.
