Stole my car alarm system. Removed it without permission.Or approval... Conor Egan thought it was funny. Now I still can't get an extra set of keys made. This company has royally screwed me over.Can't even get warranty work done on my car. Go to any other Toyota.Except for roseville , toyota , they are owned by lithia motors. My entire family has bought cars from here no longer the case after ownership changed. THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY WORK. and will destroy your vehicle for bringing it in for work. More

Everytime i get my service done at Roseville Toyota i am delightfully reminded of the fact that my car, this dealership and its awesome employees are the reason that doing business here is probably the smar delightfully reminded of the fact that my car, this dealership and its awesome employees are the reason that doing business here is probably the smartest purchase i have ever made, The professionalism in this place is unreal, and people genuinely seem to really love their jobs. Went to purchase a truck for my son. Very deceptive dealership said a truck was ready come in and make a deal. Drove four hours looked at it and it wasn’t clean or been through a smog. Very deceptive dealership said a truck was ready come in and make a deal. Drove four hours looked at it and it wasn’t clean or been through a smog. Salesman William Garcia said it’s a formality they’ll have it cleaned up and pass smog before we finish the paperwork on the purchase. Waited all day wouldn’t pass smog. Was told it would be ready the next day or they would deliver it to my home. Next day still no smog pass, went home… found out my cash offer was withdrawn from my checking account. Long story short this went on for 4 days before I requested my funds back. Dealership GM said it would take me 5-10 days to refund my purchase??? this is not a honest ethical dealership….they’ll do anything to make a sale even lie. Don’t trust this dealer. More
