DeMarko was easy going, helpful, and made my vehicle purchase easy. I felt like he was on my side throughout the process. I would buy another vehicle from him. My experience with Max Kemp in Financin purchase easy. I felt like he was on my side throughout the process. I would buy another vehicle from him. My experience with Max Kemp in Financing was another story. Whereas DeMarko was easy going and friendly, Max was primarily interested in selling me an extended warranty. He was pushy and short with me once I declined the multiple options he tried to sell. Unfortunately we were stuck with Max to complete the sale. More

First I must say Robert Lemon was absolutely outstanding when it comes to customer service. Robert is very knowledgeable and personable. The dealership provides many services outside of just purchasing a vehicle. They were able to help me save alot of money with vehicle insurance. All in all I am very impressed. Dealer valued my trade based on photos and vin check. I drove across town to see the vehicle. The vehicle has significant rust. I chose a second vehicle and my trade was soon devalued by 8500. Explanations given for the devaluation were obscure and a surprise to friends in the industry. After I posted a google review, I was offered a tank of gas to remove it. Unethical. More
