She picked up a brochure and we went back on April 28th, 2015 and completed our purchase that same day. We test drove one model which my Wife chose and we added some dealer installed accessories which I wanted and picked ;the car up a week later all completed, cleaned and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. There inventory is excellent and they go out of there way to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions, arranged financing and away we went with our new Outlander and I would highly recommend this dealership and Ernie to anyone looking to purchase a Mitsubishi automobile without question or reservation. She made an appointment for me with Troy, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The next day I picked up my new Outlander Sport. My only warranty issue was a minor wind noise and a crooked steering wheel. The service department did the repairs as well as a recall on a seatbelt. They sent reminders and conformation messages for my appointment. I have nothing but positive comments. The purchase was awesome and so was the service. Thank you! I am having trouble with this site, it won't allow the stars to update, I give 5 stars on everything. More
