I have had wonderful experiences and with this third lease, a 2018 BMW 430i, it was not any different. Karen Herbert and her sales manager Joanna McCarthy, and Anthony Lucas in finance , were all very professional, friendly and went beyond the call of duty to find the car I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. Karen had been keeping an eye on cars for me for a couple of months. She kept her promise that when my lease was eligible for renewal, she'd be there to assist me.
