There seemed to be very little work being done by anyone

Then went back to talking to three other people. There were two other men, in a glass office, but they were leaned as far back as possible in there office chairs, just talking, they never addressed me at all. I will not go back to a Spitzer dealership again. I couldn't even pull into the service bay to drop off my car while raining, all roll up doors were blocked by vehicles that seemed to be just parked by the doors inside and out. One was a large Chevy pick up truck, clearly not in the building for service. Vehicle technicians were walking around the bays while looking at there phones. I had to ask twice what was done to my vehicle. Then the technician acted like I was inconvenienceing him! I will not go to a Spitzer dealership anywhere! Horrible service!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear about your visit—what you described is not the level of service or professionalism we expect from our team.
There’s no excuse for not being greeted properly, especially when you arrived for service, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel overlooked. The situation with the service drive being blocked, especially in the rain, is also unacceptable and not how we intend to operate. On top of that, needing to ask multiple times about your vehicle and feeling like an inconvenience is the opposite of the experience we want any customer to have.
We take feedback like this seriously and will be addressing these concerns with our team to ensure better communication, awareness, and overall customer care moving forward.
