There seemed to be very little work being done by anyone except the service manager. A salesperson only briefly addressed me, by asking if I was there for service, I replied yes, then he said nice, nice, ni except the service manager. A salesperson only briefly addressed me, by asking if I was there for service, I replied yes, then he said nice, nice, nice. Then went back to talking to three other people. There were two other men, in a glass office, but they were leaned as far back as possible in there office chairs, just talking, they never addressed me at all. I will not go back to a Spitzer dealership again. I couldn't even pull into the service bay to drop off my car while raining, all roll up doors were blocked by vehicles that seemed to be just parked by the doors inside and out. One was a large Chevy pick up truck, clearly not in the building for service. Vehicle technicians were walking around the bays while looking at there phones. I had to ask twice what was done to my vehicle. Then the technician acted like I was inconvenienceing him! I will not go to a Spitzer dealership anywhere! Horrible service! More

Brodie and team were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. It was the best car buying experience that we have had. We even drove 2.5 hours to the dealership.
