The only reason a gave a 3 star rating is Brandie. You were massively understaffed it appears and she was all over the place working her tail off to help out. I had an appointment for a simple oil a You were massively understaffed it appears and she was all over the place working her tail off to help out. I had an appointment for a simple oil and filter change and took nearly 2 and half hours to accomplish. That is a long time to sit there and wait (I elected to wait assuming that with an appt it wouldn't take more than an hour or so). I witnessed many other unhappy customers. It didn't help that it was exacerbated by people wanting air in their tires, and for someone to put on new windshield wipers! More

Unorganized, frustrating, broken promises and damaged Trust. In General it is all about how much they can charge you for a repair. Look at my file/ record, I am still waiting for a part! Everything was great. Only thing I can take issue with is the car wash I appreciate that you wash the cars after service. But could you maybe wipe the windshield?? Maybe?? More
