After searching for months for the exact Ford F-150 truck we wanted, we honestly did not Annapolis, thanks in large part to our salesperson, Brandon. After searching for months for the exact Ford F-150 truck we wanted, we honestly did not expect to find it sitting on a lot—but we did. Brandon treated us with kindness from the start and gave us several trucks to choose from. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the process. He never made us feel pressured and truly listened to what we were looking for, which made all the difference for us. Although we didn’t go home with our truck the same day, Koons provided us with a loaner while our bedliner was being installed, which we really appreciated. When we returned to pick up our new truck, we noticed an issue with a substance on the paint. We called Brandon, and he immediately contacted upper management. They stepped in right away and resolved the issue without hesitation. Terri in the finance department was also wonderful to work with. She was friendly, informative, and made the financing portion of the process smooth and quick, which we truly appreciated. We’ve now had our truck for over a month and absolutely love it. Having purchased over a dozen vehicles in the past, I can confidently say the customer service—before, during, and after the sale—was truly top notch. Brandon went above and beyond and is not your typical pushy salesperson. He’s professional, responsive, and gets the job done.
