I mean they were okay. I went in there to get my break pads fixed. They said they fixed them but now my breaks screech. It’s awful. I’m going somewhere else next time. Largely, nothing but inconvenience from Koons. They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. Also there was a console safe and digital door lock, but no instructions on how to open and change them. I have been trying to get this addressed also for over a week. Horrible followup on this purchase. I wouldn't do it again. More

Brandon did a great job with showing the vehicle and keeping in touch. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding what I owed, because they forgot to add in the extended warranty.
