We were driving to get a pilot from Reynoldsburg, and Lee was not there; and Karen told me he would call me a salesperson, Brandon Blair told me Stock: 87M154 Vin: 5FNYF6H21MB099316 sold out. We were very frustrated and walked out and found Stock: 87M154 Vin: 5FNYF6H21MB099316 in front of the building. He was very aggressive in delivering his service because he got on lying to his service. He walked out into the parking lot and was kind of ashamed. He even says, "we didn't have it in our inventory yet" (I don't know what he means). I don't know. My reason for writing this is not to make Brandon Blair bad, but he needs to learn how to respect and listen to customers, and if necessary, he needs to take our offer to upper people, not just send us back home. If he doesn't know something, talk to someone who knows. I was thoroughly planning to get my pilot today. We are people, and we see if you're busy with another customer, but the treatment we got today was terrible in my heart, which I never forgot my entire life. Anyway, thank you, Karen, for the excellent services you have given at the front desk.
