I was referred to Roush by a co-worker and it lived up to everything I expected based on his enthusiastic referral. Everything about buying a car is strange right now, but it felt like they really cared abou everything I expected based on his enthusiastic referral. I lucked out getting Brandon as my sales rep - he was personable, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Tim in finance was patient and explained all my options without being pushy.
