AJ and Brandon patiently assisted me in the purchase of my new Atlas. I went in looking at a used Volkswagen Taos and wasn't totally sure what to expect; Brandon was super patient in answering all of my questions, spent time researching my wishlist against the inventory, an totally sure what to expect; Brandon was super patient in answering all of my questions, spent time researching my wishlist against the inventory, and in the end was able to get me into my (first ever!) brand new car -- a 2023 Taos that had all the features i wanted and was still in my price range. I have bought 4 cars now from Suntrup and always love that they are no pressure, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about listening to customers' needs and budget. Thanks Brandon! Brandon was great to work with - honest and transparent during negotiations. Once the deal was done, he actually hand-washed the vehicle because the car wash was shut down. I appreciate the grind.
