He was extremely patient and knowledgeable as he informed me about the features of the two vehicles. After test driving both autos, he worked with me presenting numerous financing options. Brandon gave me all the information one could want in making an informed decision. After making a decision he worked very hard so I could drive the car home that evening. Good experience, Issue with Extended Test Drive I found my visit and purchase of a certified used vehicle overall pleasant. The sales person and manager were very helpful. The dealership facilities/waiting areas were excellent I had one communication issue with the extended test drive, but it worked out for the best. I wasn't specifically told to bring the car back by closing time, so I was surprised when I got a call 30 minutes before close asking when I would return. I hadn't been able to show my wife the car yet! As I was already out running an errand, I brought the car back (30 min drive to dealer) and realized that I left my car keys at home. They offered solutions to bring me back to get my keys (I opted for having my wife bring them instead). They apologized for not clearly communicating the return requirements. The explanation and apology was a bit long, though I appreciated their effort to maintain my business. In the end, it lead to them offering more for my trade in, which was a pleasant outcome to the annoying situation. I came back a few days later and purchased a vehicle. More
