Car salespeople tend to have a reputation for being aggressive but the people here were not like that. They were straight forward and no-nonsense, which we appreciated. I also had my two small children (ages 4 and 2) and everyone was very understanding of their child-like ways :) The dealership itself is great and one of the best I have seen. They have a lounge area, computer area, kids area, coffee, water... I might actually enjoy getting my car serviced! More

Also, I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase, on the contrary, the process was very easy and relaxed. Brandon would always offer us coffee and water the days we visited the dealer. When we negotiated the price they were willing to work with us. We didn't go over our budget, thank God! We had compared the prices from different dealers and the Kelly Blu Book and the price we got was within our target. With in one day he finished all the necessary paperwork and gave me a great pricing too. And he surprised me with a fully loaded brand new vehicle. It was around 5:00 pm and I had to get the signature of my employer, Brandon again came to my rescue and traveled with me to my office to get the signature done. On our first trip we had a great experience with Brandon Brabec. Brandon was also excellent. On this, our second trip, it was Brandon's day off. James, the Sales Manager, introduced us to Jason Yap. He was spot on perfect. My wife and I brought our two little girls, three and eight weeks, to the dealership. This is normally a tough outing for the girls...as it was boring car shopping. But Jason was very aware that we needed toddler entertainment and Valley Honda had lots of it to provide - coloring book, tv time, video games, and toys. I went on several test drives as my wife hung back with the kids. Jason helped us ways the pros and cons of our options between used (certified) and a new car. Once we had narrowed it down to two vehicles Jason helped us prepare our data/personal financial info for review. He was also a major part of the negotiating process offering advice along the way. After several hours our girls were a little restless and Jason made sure he was pushing the process as fast as he could for us. I really felt like we had a salesman on "our side" and I feel that's the definition of customer service. Bonus - my daughter wanted a snack. I asked if the vending machines took cards. Jason was unsure. He opened his wallet and offered up cash for her to have a snack. We graciously turned down his offer. However, it was very very generous. Our first visit was to thoroughly check out the Pilot and Brandon gave us the run down on what it offers and had a good comparison with the Odyssey. We left that day knowing that we were really sure we knew what we wanted and we knew we wanted to buy it from Brandon. We went back to the dealer just about a month after our first visit to place our order for our Pilot. Brandon was again very easy to talk with and deal with. He went to bat for us to get us the price we felt was fair. Once we put the deposit down on our Pilot Brandon kept us informed on a weekly basis letting us know if there was an update to when our Pilot would be arriving. And when it arrived I think he was just as excited to see it as we were. Brandon is a great Salesman. Not to pushy like most. He's a family man and understands how the car buying experience is. Always smiling and caring. Would definitely recommend Brandon and Valley Honda to friends and family looking to purchase a Honda. More
