It was our first experience with Valley Honda when we bought our 2014 Accord EX-L V6 in Feb. 2014. The friendliness, professionalism and transparency really impressed me on behalf of Jab Rahman. When I got engaged with Brandon, his customer service, professionalism, respect and care impressed me even further. I am not merely writing these lines to be thankful to these two individuals but to thank Valley Honda's Management to have such professional staff in their team and I am sure they are keep coaching them to go further in their excellence. To further prove my loyalty, I went back in March 2014 and bought a 2014 Honda Civic this time. Our son is only 8 years old otherwise I would have gotten him a Honda as well, again from Valley Honda using the same sales team. Their follow-up, not-pushing and courtesy was unimaginable. I never thought that I will write some flattering words for a professional in automobile industry. But these folks are not the regular sales person, they are Customer Care Personnel. You really feel that you are being looked after and not being cheated. At the end we as a consumer have to understand that this is business and every business has to make profit to stay alive. After certain point it's impossible to lower the price any more and only then you can see the real 'CARE' from a sales person. I tested them and they are rock solid. That's why for Civic, I took 15 minutes to wrap up the deal. Good work Jab Rahman and Brandon Brabec. More

Bought a new fit from Brian Vogel. It was the first place I went and I should have just stayed there. Other dealers were very sneaky and underhanded and discriminated based on age. (I know they have to verify that you are 18 or older but they kept ignoring us or implying we couldn't afford the car.) Valley Honda was different. The purchase took almost a month because I was getting a new job but when I did go to buy, they were able to secure the same deal, which was what I wanted. I put price as "great" for that reason but let's all be honest here - no new car is really a "great" price - they're all expensive! Still, the new fit runs great, it's really basic I didn't add anything but Brian did explain all the things you could add. He doesn't shove it down your throat, which is a plus. I also dealt with Brandon briefly. He was okay but I didn't really get to know him. I'm sure he's good to work with too. More

I entered Valley Honda with little expectations having just come from another dealer who was not offering much and didn't seem to listen. I talked with Andrew Becker who showed me the different Civic Mod just come from another dealer who was not offering much and didn't seem to listen. I talked with Andrew Becker who showed me the different Civic Models. He listened to my needs, talked about options and took me for a test drive. Next we talked price, I was looking for their best deal and a few incentives later I was very happy with the price quoted. I needed to go home and come back with my wife and Andrew needed to attend to another customer's request so he set me up with Brandon Brabec. Brandon was professional and caring. He went through the rest of the process with great attentiveness and new the product well. He took me through the business end and finally through the car pick-up area and answered all of my questions. While Andrew and Brandon are young salesmen, I hope they keep their customer first approach and know that Valley Honda is a better place because of their hard work. This is our first Honda, but plan on going back hoping to receive the same type of service and attention that Andrew and Brandon gave us. Thanks More
