We had a horrible experience. My wife had already chosen her car and we came with a cashiers check. It should have taken 30 minutes. Dustin was fantastic. I was disappointed that an out of town check could not be take knowing that we had bought from Lexus of Mobile where we live for one of the priciest I was disappointed that an out of town check could not be take knowing that we had bought from Lexus of Mobile where we live for one of the priciest cars. When I asked if it could be delivered I was told that would not be a problem. I purchased on a Sat. Got wire transfer done early Monday morning. The dealership was unsuccessful in getting the job of delivery done. It was out of Dustin’s control but I did expect the sales manager to at least reach out. I had to have a family member drive It to me in Mobile, AL. Also o asked for the LA inspection sticker to be removed and it was left on the car. Disappointed More
