Went for my state inspection that I pay for monthly, I went 3 weeks ago to just say I needed to get my tires replaced to pass. Then I come in and they say I had a small tear in my windshield wiper and nee went 3 weeks ago to just say I needed to get my tires replaced to pass. Then I come in and they say I had a small tear in my windshield wiper and needed to replace that. Funny how I used them on the way there and they worked at clearing the windshield just fine but I didn’t have a choice. So I walked to auto zone because I didn’t want to pay that and accidentally got the wrong one that wasn’t curved so it didn’t even fully wipe my windshield but they didn’t see that as a problem and put that right on and gave me the sticker. Well I asked to see where this tear was on my old one and they brought it out to me and had ripped the rubber completely off, which I KNOW was not like that, as I literally just used them on my way there and that would have been flapping! Very very disappointing, the mechanic was VERY rude and spoke badly about us when she didn’t think I could hear her. After speaking with Brandon, I’m appreciative of his time in speaking with me. We were able to come to a resolution, that I am happy with! More
