From there on, that's where the wheels came off on this experience. We were asked by our sales person what our parameters were to close a sale, and then we were presented with a proposal that included a warranty we never asked for or would have considered, and a nearly $4000 "market adjustment". We were presented a less than acceptable amount for our trade in as well. After replying back 3 times that none of their offers were acceptable, we then received phone calls from 2 managers asking what they could do to salvage the opportunity. Somehow neither had any knowledge of our situation and the General Sales Manager "paraphrased" that we would have accepted the vehicle by paying sticker price, which is not something we would have even considered. Being in small business, the way this store comports themselves leads me to tell others to avoid even thinking of doing business with Anderson Toyota. There's a reason why so many people in Rockford buy their vehicles out of the area. Other stores just know how to treat customers....period. More

(I offered the lower end of KBB with quick sale as a pre approved customer) Still declined. Salesman is great, but couldn't do much wheeling & dealing. I'm old school; I don't pay full price on cars! Brandon in sales was pretty good about it and their were no hurt feelings. Just couldn't get it done. I would still shop here again in the future. More

That being said, I'm very pleased to report that Anderson Toyota in Loves Park is not that kind of place. If you're looking to buy a Toyota, salesman Brandon Campbell is definitely your guy. He's extremely knowledgable, friendly & patient. I arrived with the intent of test-driving a specific certified pre-owned Avalon that I found advertised on the internet, but with the insane seller's market happening at this point in history and the lack of incentives on certified pre-owned vehicles, it ultimately made more sense to explore brand new cars. Brandon helped me navigate that process with as much ease and information as possible, and I am now the proud owner of an Avalon Hybrid. Thanks, Brandon! More
