My name is Brandon Giganti, and I am the New Car Inventory Manager and Sales and Leasing Consultant here at BMW of West St. Louis. I graduated High school from Chaminade College Preparatory School, and furthered my education at the University of Missouri St. Louis, with my Bachelors Degree in Marketing. I have had a passion for cars ever since I could remember, and that is what brought me to this industry. Flew in from PHX to pick up our beautiful Cayenne! Brandon G. is amazing! Trustworthy & genuine. We wanted a very specific Porsche Cayenne and were not having any luck here in town. Opened up our sea Brandon G. is amazing! Trustworthy & genuine. We wanted a very specific Porsche Cayenne and were not having any luck here in town. Opened up our search to surrounding states and still no luck. As I had hoped to find one closer to AZ, this one was "the one". Nervous about buying it "sight unseen" (with only internet photos and the history report), Brandon went above and beyond to be our "eyes", sending add'l photos as well as checking things for us like the tread and pad thicknesses (he actually measured them!!). I felt very comfortable after our many phone calls. He is not "salesman-y" at all, which I appreciate! We put down a deposit to hold it, booked our flights and were there 2 days later. Beautiful and well maintained vehicle. Yay! Steve T. did our extended warranty and was also very genuine and helpful; made sure we understood the ins and outs of each one. Bryan H came out to explain a few things about the sensor issue and also assured us we were good to go. Craig Suntrup (owner) was there and came up to us outside to introduce himself and he, too, was very down to earth and helpful. We had one concern (a sensor) and he totally made us feel great about driving our new vehicle 1200 miles back to AZ. as he put it in writing that if this warning light did not go off and it turned out to be a bad sensor, they will take care of the replacement cost down here in Phoenix. I am a HUGE fan of great Customer Service - (there are places that I will no longer give business to due to non-existent or poor customer care) - but Suntrup BMW of West St. Louis was superb to deal with.
